For the Stone Harbor residents who are worried about the new electric transmission lines, don't build the lines and let the load from the way-over-sized houses give them blackouts during the hot weeks of summer. They can simmer in the heat with no air conditioning. Regular blackouts will cause a far greater decrease in property values than the new power poles and lines.
