Can not agree more with the spouter that Stone Harbor needs professional financial oversight. Recent history shows a lack of Council to control spending. Example being 1.9 million proposed for a playground renovation and the over 3 million spent on a lifeguard station. Have they no conscience or due they not realize we are getting ripped off?
