Amazing how this governing body has spent thousands to gain CRS points by implementing changes to ordinances/zoning guidelines only to find out that these changes will result in unwanted construction within our town. Wasted time and dollars spent because council does not vet ordinance changes - they don't seem to read them nor review them. There were 18 Ordinances approved in 2022 - to date there are 37 ordinance changes in 2023 - half of the ordinances approved in 2023 were reversals and/or changes to approved ordinances that didn't make sense .
