05/05/26. As per the article in The Herald on Lower Township making a move to repeal the paid parking in the Diamond Beach section. Interesting isn't it. When Township Hall is filled with taxpayers threatening to vote Mayor Sipple and his Council out of office for this "money grab", how quickly they respond. As for me and many others in the Township, next election, this Mayor and Council are gone!
