In 2023 Borough Council realized they had unused authorized Open Space Funding for the marina improvements - graciously brought to thier attention by thier Municpal Engineer who I may add is making a fortune on planning these projects. This project would have required the borough to share in the cost which was in the millions. That project never came to fruition and funding was lost. Now another project, 97th St playground is being planned. Will they follow thru with Open Space Funding, stay tuned. Cost ot the Borough - $800,000 - how is this possible with a CAP deficit of $400,000?
