The plea agreement in Avalon on the dunes is a joke-It is a slap on the wrist of a rich man- for years , Avalon refused to allow this to happen but now that the builders & realtors run the town- the town is for sale for the right price however we cannot blame the council alone , ever since the DEP has gotten involved in appeals process, the DEP gets money and allows the construction of the property, it has happened many times and this is the agency to protect the land- a joke !!
