Our taxes keep going up in Middle Township while the quality of the services keeps going down. It is time for a long term moratorium on new residential development. Give the State, County, and The Nature Conservancy a chance to preserve more land. That's the best way to prevent continued tax increases and to keep our township somewhat attractive. Not every piece of woods or field needs to be turned into a housing development. More development equals higher taxes. Middle Township needs to realize this and stop the discredited ratable chase.
