Something has to give with these kids on quads in South Dennis. I understand we live in a rural area, and ATVs are part of the culture. I don't care about people riding on private property. However, these recreational vehicles are not permitted on public roads for good reason; it's extremely dangerous for both the riders and the general public. Something must be done.
