Cape May Co. Health Department reports that no cesspool exists on the ARC property in South Dennis. The leaking oil tank complaint is now a Dennis Township and DEP matter. The real issue with the ARC is that this is just one of the never-ending zoning land use issues that pits neighbor against neighbor in DT. Reports are that weddings and other large social functions will soon be occurring on ARC grounds. Dennis Township has a poor history of enforcing any of its existing zoning laws regarding legal land use, and has no noise ordinance to protect neighbors. The ARC remains mum on this.
