SIC - The mayor told council at the 9/12 meeting that they starting construction on the dog park that just went out for bids, they are going out to bid for the construction of handicapped ramps soon and going out for bid on the community center soon. Who is in charge of doing the bids for the city? Has that person been on vacation for 5 years? What takes sea isle so long to get stuff done in the town? Who’s in charge of the department that does the bidding maybe they should be made to do their job and get the bids done.
