North Cape May - Re:North Cape May "speed bumps". The speed bump installation needs to take place in other areas of the Township as well. Roseann Ave to be precise! Speed Bumps are being installed in many problem Areas of this County and they work. I have been told in the past that they are not feasible due to snow plowing on the street. We r lucky to even see a plow on this street. Besides, what I have found out in my research is that it does not affect the plowing. I would start with the Mayor.
