Sea Isle City - Thank you for your nice piece on bicycles. It amazes me that more people are not killed because they think that bicycles have no rules to follow. I hope the local police all see the article too and decide to do their part by some strict enforcement, or at least educating the cyclists in violation. Just this past weekend, June 20 I watched a police car on a busy street and some cyclists drove right through a stop sign in front of him, and the officer did nothing about it. Luckily no one, including the police officer, hit them.
