North Wildwood - I am all for open space and recreational parks, but since West Wildwood recently increased the property taxes I do not think it is prudent to remove waterfront properties currently on the tax rolls just to build a park. This is the problem with small town politics; so elected officials can feel good about building a park down the street when an even bigger park and recreation center is only a mile away (Maxwell Field) in Wildwood. Increasing property taxes and removing taxpaying properties from the tax roll is a recipe for another tax increase next year, which residents do not want.
