Sea Isle City - It is nice to see Sea Isle City and state have installed flood warning equipment. However these are the same people responsible for the flooding as a result of ongoing beach replenishment. Sand pumped onto beaches for the last 30 years has been pushed into inshore creeks and bays shallowing out what used to be deep channels. Water has to go somewhere and now floods our streets every new and full moon or nor'easter. Instead of warning signs we need to leave mother nature alone but then politicians think they are smarter than God. Welcome to Sea Isle. At least you will be warned.
