Lower Township - Why isn’t Lower Township mowing their parks, fields, and ponds in Erma and North Cape May regularly? It’s horrific and a breeding ground for ticks and other bugs. What a disgrace. You can’t even take your children out to play at these places because the grass is up to their necks.
