How about water fountains at either end of the promenade?

Sea Isle City - How about water fountains at either end of the promenade? With the tremendous amount of people using it every day for a run or a bike ride, it would be a great service to our locals and visitors. I talked to a water and sewer worker, and he said there is a water line right where it could be easily accessed. This would be an incredibly low-cost improvement to probably our biggest recreational draw.
