Sea Isle City - Daytime promenade etiquette: let's move the stop-and-chats to the shoulder of the cartway (it's great you know the masses, but chat along the side, not the center.). If you have not ridden a bicycle in six months, six years or six decades, having your first spin on the promenade might not be prudent. Parents, let's keep an eye on your small children as they are unpredictable and potentially hazardous moving obstacles. If you're going to walk, you might as well walk on the appropriate side of the cartway. Stay tuned for my nighttime promenade etiquette lesson coming soon.
