My neighbor on Shunpike has a wooded lot.

North Cape May - My neighbor on Shunpike has a wooded lot. Two times the last 10 years their trees have fallen, damaging my fence, and their insurance won't pay. I want to get a nice storage shed in my yard near the fence. I am afraid another one of their trees will cause damage to the new shed. I feel it's a very unfair insurance law. Their insurance will only pay if their trees damage my house. I have spoken to the neighbor and she does not care.
