Can anyone park their personal cars on 44th St.

Sea Isle City - Can anyone park their personal cars on 44th St. boardwalk ramp daily or just Sea Isle Beach Patrol (silver Tahoe)? Do they really need their car right there obstructing the ramp? Needs to be towed. This has been an issue before. What happens if one of these non-law abiding tourists runs into it on a bike? They will sue the city because the car has a Sea Isle City Beach Patrol sticker on it.
