Cape May - As a person working near Washington and Ocean streets, I can tell drivers are getting fed up with pedestrians crossing on the drivers' green light. I wrote last year that it was getting out of control, this year I am hearing more car horns. Had a road rage incident recently where a driver behind the car stopped for pedestrians and honked his horn for a full 30 seconds. He then got out and went to the window of the first car and yelled for that driver to "floor" it next time. Pedestrians, only walk when told to.
