We are one of the many houses on 38/39th Streets filled with young business professionals, who are often referred to as "party animals." Our house has been targeted and issued multiple noise violations, even when most of the noise comes from other houses in the surrounding area. One night, we were casually drinking and listening to our favorite 80's music inside the house, at a moderate level, with five AC units on, and the door closed and we were issued noise violations totaling up to $1,400. What is wrong with this world? Aren't there more important things to worry about?
