To the spouter commenting on the 10th Street beach facilities: This issue stems from the head of the beach patrol who does not evaluate these deplorable weekend conditions and does not make the timely and necessary health related recommendations for the public works to address immediately. Obviously, a few more trash containers to this crowded section of the beach would have been a no brainer.
