Is there a plan for bikers and joggers on the Sea Isle causeway this summer? They will be there; are all cars supposed to wait in line behind the bikes that go well under the posted 40 mph speed limit? People will try to pass them and it won't end well, and how about a turning lane coming from Rt. 9 to get onto the Parkway?
