When going to work in the morning, I see plenty of landscape trucks waiting for the recycle yard to open. Some trucks are empty and some have items to drop off. I guess the ones empty are having their free mulch loaded. I went there over the weekend April 25, and there was no mulch for the people for their personal use. Something needs to be looked at on the practices of this yard. Maybe the contractors who are dumping and loading should be charged a fee since they make money off of their customers to haul to the yard.
