Regarding the fire at 42nd and Landis Jan. 23, I'm just wondering if anyone knows how long the pile of debris will sit there blocking the sidewalk? Isn't the debris, which includes mattresses, cardboard boxes, papers, clothing and who knows what else, a fire hazard in and of itself?
