If the new beach access paths along the bay front are supposed to be for emergency vehicles to get on the beach, how will they get past the super ugly and flawed outflow pipes or through the high water wash up to the dunes? Council, spend the money on cleaning up, repairing and enforcing what we have instead of creating more projects to fall behind on.
