Looks to me Sea Isle City Council been asleep at the wheel this summer. They mishandled the transfer of the liquor license as a result of clearly not doing their homework and being blindsided by issues they never took the time to understand-thus preventing the opening of a business for a month. The Governors change in how to handle juvenile delinquency was on the books month ago and instead of being proactive they again allowed themselves to be blindsided. Sea Isle Council, your job is more then to make a motion during a meeting; due diligence is a big part of your job. Pick up the pace.
