I want to thank the SIC citizens who volunteer to put up and maintain the mini libraries throughout the town. Many of us enjoy it, especially during COVID, when the public library was closed. NOW I hear that SIC is asking for these to be REMOVED since they are on city property! Don't the taxpayers have a right to be kind to one another and share these costly books? What harm is it doing? I know I pay my taxes to keep up the city properties throughout town so don't you think we could use them for the good of the neighborhood??? I hope this is not enforced.
