I have read some of the spot offs about the public works but nobody has mentioned the water department and the guy that runs it. I have had a few Run ins with him not only does he avoid your calls, I feel bad for the lady in the office. When you finally get a hold of him, he talks to you as if you were a child and have no idea what you are talking about and thinks he is above everyone but little does he know I have 40+ years in the Industry. I have heard the same thing from many townspeople.
