I agree with the spouter commending the homes that have lawns instead of stones. Take a look at Avalon and Stone Harbor. They have great lawns and landscaped areas with trees on private property. SIC homes could accommodate grass lawns and sidewalk trees which would make entire blocks look even nicer.
