Good to know that we the residents will be attending these palm trees funerals all summer as we drive out of town, as they don’t expect them to last long. What a financial joke. I bet there is better things to do with that money.... like a paid fire department, actually paying the LOSAP to volunteers, checking the air quality in their buildings, the list can go on...
