Every other municipality in Cape May has an ordinance for a Memorial Dedication Program except Sea Isle. When you call about getting a bench you are giving the “I don’t know and if you want to put up a bench just put it anywhere you want. Maybe if the city had a program people would do the “dump and run” with their benches and the city would have better control. People can’t put book libraries or beach toy share boxes because of liability can’t these benches placed everywhere be a liability?
