Rio Grande - What do you do when your family member is hooked on drugs and steals and needs help? The court keeps slapping their hand and letting them go to keep at it. Of course, this person is in denial, but the welfare of other family members or even your family are at risk. What happens when they kill someone while driving? We have no rehabs in the county or a place for these addicts to go. We need help now!
