Stone Harbor - We love our efficient trash and recycling system, which Stone Harbor has been executing for 50 years. Thank you to the Public Works people who make our system work, and our town looks so clean as a result. Never do we have ugly trash cans left out on the curbs, to look sloppy, and to blow over, or get kicked over by people or animals. We never have overflowing trash coming out of the top of cans, spewing onto the street. Avalon should use our formula for success. It works.
