Hispanic voting complacency - because they felt as a voting bloc they really made no difference in American politics and policies - is now energized to new levels with millions of new voters entering the process, the overwhelming majority voting for Democrats up and down the ticket. Donald is absolutely right that he has created a "movement" of change in American politics.
