North WildwoodW - If North Wildwood changes its name to Anglesea it will no longer be considered a "city" of the fourth class. It is imperative for the word "city" to be in the town's formal name (by state statute) in order for North Wildwood lifeguards to receive a pension. Wildwood Crest is a Borough and because it's not a "city," the lifeguards are not able to have pensions. There are other ramifications of the name change that will effect city employees and financial grants. This was not thought out very well, even if it's a non-binding vote that eliminates 75 percent of taxpayers.
