Rio Grande - In Rio Grande, there's a little service road by the fire house near the shopping plaza. When we enter the shopping plaza, it's easy to turn onto that service road without having to travel through the intersection of Rts. 9 and 47. But why is that road one-way for all of about 50 feet? You can't leave the shopping plaza that way. You have to either cut through the convenience store parking lot, or deal with all of the traffic at that very busy intersection. Who came up with that plan?
