Rio Grande - It's a mess from 4th to 1st streets and Walsh Ave. to Old Rio Grande Ave.! There are manhole covers still above the road, and dips, and potholes too numerous to count. The water pools in the huge uneven corners of 3rd Street and Walsh Ave. Right behind an establishment in the 1400 block Rt. 47 South looks like a city dump! Middle Township looks like the slums and has for a while.
