At least once a month, one of my neighbors opens a car door, garage door, front door or gate and their loose dog comes running out towards me and my leashed dogs. Sometimes the owners are in the yard with their dogs. Sometimes it is a loose dog that has jumped a backyard fence. I walk because I want to, but also because I need to. I am not physically up to an unplanned meet and greet. This is emotionally and physically stressful for me. I ask that you please have control of your dogs at all times.
