Middle Township needs to stop Conifer's affordable housing from being built on Railroad Ave. in Court House. The land that Conifer wants to build its project on should be preserved as part of the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. The county or Green Acres should buy and preserve the land and sell to the USFWS so it can be part of the refuge. The open space program could buy and preserve the land.
