Re: Villas consolidation idea. I think you’re onto something. Our current council and managers in Lower Twp. are overpaid and underperforming for residents and what also seems like employees. Cape May Mayor and council seem to have a better grasp on balancing the needs for locals, employees, and still providing for tourism. Cut the fat!
