We are 2nd home owners and unlike several of our fellow Philadelphians, we are staying away from our "Cottage by the Sea" in NW until it is safe to go down. We are more concerned about my Mother-in-law, who lives alone in a retirement community in Rehoboth Beach. Due to delaware's resident's only law, we can't drive down to visit her.
