Ocean City - Some selfish and ignorant folks have foolishly treated the pandemic shut down as a vacation. They came to their shore houses in hopes of some relaxing time off, like a hurricane party. Some other people who have been coming down all winter got caught in the crossfire when year round resisters balked at the foolish partiers. Now many ignorant and hurtful things have been said by some not too bright locals. I don’t think this will cause a mass sell off of valuable shore real estate, but it certainly damages the relationship between the two groups.
