North Cape May - I understand our superintendent is asking us taxpayers of Lower to write to Sweeney about budget cuts - even drafting a letter showing what to say. We've known for some time this day would come, but he continues to spend and approve unnecessary things to better certain people. Many places have to make cuts. Maybe we're too top heavy in administration.
