Ocean City - In response to a comment online, "Do you think the culture of America is homogeneous? Do you think people who live in, say, Alabama, are culturally the same as here? Maybe you need to travel the country to see how different our regions are." I certainly do think that the U.S. has been a far more homogeneous society than we are seeing in Europe today. Having served in the military with people from every part of this country, and lived in a half dozen different regions, I have found we are far more alike than different. Not so in segregated Muslim enclaves in European cities, "no-go zones."
