North Wildwood - Wildwood Locals love to point to Philadelphia as being the example of crime and poverty. Sorry that the Action News van only rolls to the Wildoods when unofficial car ralley take our citizens lives or they want to do a fun story on the Boardwalk. I read the Herald and Press of AC and see plenty of unsavory local news stories about drugs, crime, drownings, elected officials, biker gangs and police abuse. On a per Capita Basis, that is number of 13,000 people in the Wildwoods compared to 13 million in Philly, we are no better and arguably worse in crime and poverty when you times it by 1,000.
