Can the City of Cape May get their recreation department in orde

Cape May City - Can the City of Cape May get their recreation department in order?? The pool is open, the pool is closed. Not everyone has social. Put it into newspaper. We want the pool open. We complain but no one cares or can answer a question at Convention Hall City Hall. Who makes the schedule? I want to swim on Saturday.
