North Wildwood - Regarding the Wildwood Crest spout about the libraries: I'd rather see money spent building new and improved libraries than wasting money on digging up and repaving streets, more than twice in three years, as is happening on Park Blvd. in Wildwood! That, to me, is wasteful spending!
