How many phone calls does it take to get the Lower Township MUA

North Cape May - How many phone calls does it take to get the Lower Township MUA to send someone out to check on a water main leaking from underground up into the street at the intersection of Capewoods and the western end of Dogwood? We don't know yet since no one has shown up after numerous calls. It started last summer and now runs half a block long. The dirt between the sidewalk and street is starting to form small sinkholes, and eventually the street will do the same thing.
