The lawsuit between North Wildwood and the owner of Marina Bay

North Wildwood - The lawsuit between North Wildwood and the owner of Marina Bay Towers has been resolved with the owner permitted to build a 12 story apartment/condo tower. The Herald states this is twice the height permitted by zoning ordinance in that part of town. Does the North Wildwood fire department have the equipment and capability to fight a fire in a building that size/height? I hope we won’t incur the expense of purchasing equipment for the fire department to do so.
